Shipping Information
We ship orders worldwide.
Our webstore can automatically calculate the shipping costs to your address when you login and goto the Checkout Shipping page. The costs of shipping are determined by both the volumetric weight of the products that you have selected in your shopping cart and the shipping destination.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday except during special key dates when we are closed. We will send an email to you once we have processed the order and shipped the package.
We will deliver goods within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail (small packages) and couriers (large insured packages).
Every package sent by us has a Shipping Certificate - we can send a copy to you on request. Shipping details of every order can be found in the order history section of your account.
Most items are shipped from us within one to seven working days of full payment clearance. Please note that built-to-order or customised items can take longer (usually ten to fourteen working days) before being shipped. This is because of the time taken to build and pass the product through quality assurance tests.
If an item is out of stock, it may take longer to be shipped. On these occasions you will be notified of the delay by email. If we cannot dispatch the goods within a reasonable time period of thirty days, we will offer you the opportunity of cancelling the unshipped items.
International shipping to non-UK countries may attract an import duty charge on your order. Orders shipped to non-UK countries do not pay VAT which is automatically removed within the store. You will have to pay any duty and local taxes due on receipt of the goods. The duty charge is variable based on the cost of the order and the charge levied in your country.
Returns Information
All of the products we sell have a Return To Base (RTB) limited warranty*. The length of this warranty varies according to the specific product.
Within Fourteen Days Of Receipt Of Product(s):
If an item is faulty on delivery, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible providing a detailed and full description of problem and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number*. Promptly return the product to us including a fully completed Returns Form to the address shown on the form. Ensure the returned product is securely packaged and well protected. On receipt of the package, a technician will visually inspect the returned item, verify intact warranty seals, verify the serial/model number against our records and then test the product. If the product proves to be faulty within the terms of the warranty, it will either be exchanged or refunded*.
After Fourteen Days Of Receipt Of Product(s) (within warranty):
If an item is faulty under warranty, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible providing a detailed and full description of problem and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number*. Promptly return the product to us including a fully completed Returns Form to the address shown on the form. Ensure the returned product is securely packaged and well protected. On receipt of the package, a technician will visually inspect the returned item, verify intact warranty seals, verify the serial/model number against our records and then test the product. If the product proves to be faulty under warranty within the terms of the warranty, it will be repaired by our technician or the manufacturer. However if it cannot be repaired, then it will either be exchanged or refunded*.
Please Note: We cannot receive any product back unless it is still under warranty and we have issued a Returns Authorisation Number (R.A.N). You must include within the package a fully completed Returns Form displaying the R.A.N.
If we process a product refund, the credit will be raised and processed back to the payment type that was originally tendered within fourteen calendar days. Refunds are made in the same currency of the original payment less any unrecoverable processing fees or costs. We do not refund shipping costs or any costs associated to consequential loss arising from the failure of the product.
